Margaret Goes to Camp
In November I got the chance to go back to summer camp (okay, real talk, I never went to summer camp. The closest I got was Girl Scouts Day Camp. Decidely not as cool as the sleep-away camps that all my Jewish friends grew up going to). My dear friend and fellow IC alum Bryan Plofsky invited me to be a part of a series of readings and recordings for his new show, COLOR WAR, A SUMMER CAMP-Y MUSICAL. It was a blast, y'all. And it made me sad that I never got to spend my summer nights in cabins on some lake in the Northeast. Now enjoy this blurb about the show and creators. And look for more updates about upcoming readings! Go Blue Team.

Welcome to camp! Color War, the most anticipated tradition of the summer, is in full swing. When big man on campus, Scott, is chosen to be General and lead his team, he realizes that there’s a lot to learn about what it takes to be a good leader, boyfriend, brother, and friend. But don't just sit idly by while the events of these five days of sports, races, games, and theatrics ensue! Cheer, sing-a-long and root for your favorite team as the excitement and hilarity of the last days of camp unfold in this nostalgic, coming of age story.
